At Hashway Clothing, we are committed to delivering your orders with care and efficiency.
Processing & Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 7–9 working days from the date of order confirmation, allowing for proper quality checks, packaging and handling.
Working Days
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday only. Saturday and Sunday are non-working days — no dispatch or processing takes place during weekends.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, delivery timelines vary by location. You will receive tracking details on WhatsApp and email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you pay.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm all details before checkout.
Damaged, Defective or Missing Items
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, defect or missing-item claim — claims without it cannot be processed. Share the unboxing video with your order number on WhatsApp at (+91) 95993 66587. For returns and exchanges, refer to our Returns & Exchange policy.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Hashway is not responsible for lost or stolen items. All transit risks are assumed by the courier.
