Yes. Prepaid orders get 10% off, applied at checkout when you choose an online payment method.

Don't place the order again straight away. Payments are usually confirmed automatically within a few minutes. If you don't get an order confirmation within 30 minutes, WhatsApp us your payment reference and registered mobile number. If no order was created, failed payments are normally reversed to your source account by your bank or the payment gateway.

Once an order is placed it can't be modified or cancelled, so please check your size, colour, address and phone number before you pay. Prepaid orders aren't refundable, even if placed by mistake.

Yes. Hashway gift cards are delivered by email and can be redeemed at checkout.

No, guest checkout works. An account lets you see your past orders and their status in one place.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 7–9 working days of confirmation. That time covers quality checks and careful packing. Our warehouse works Monday to Friday; there's no processing or dispatch on weekends.

It depends on your location. Metro cities are usually the quickest, and remote areas can take a few extra days. Delays can happen during sales and high-volume periods.

As soon as your order ships, we send the tracking link on WhatsApp and email. If you placed the order with an account, you can also open My Account → Orders.

Any shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay, with no surprises at the door.

Check with family, neighbours or your building security first, then WhatsApp us your order number. Once the courier has attached proof of delivery, transit risk lies with the courier, and we'll help you raise it with them.

Selected styles are stocked in Delhi and can reach you within 2 hours on serviceable Delhi NCR pincodes. Look for the Also available in 2 hours card on a product page, or flip the 2-Hour Delivery switch in the menu.

2-Hour orders are delivered between 10 AM and 7 PM. Orders placed before 10 AM arrive by about 12 PM the same day. Orders placed after 7 PM arrive by about 12 PM the next day.

No. 2-Hour Delivery orders are prepaid only, which keeps the handover quick.

Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of the delivery date. For example, if your order is delivered on 16 September, raise the request on or before 19 September.

• Clear unboxing photos showing the product with its tag intact are mandatory.
• The request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

We don't offer returns or refunds for change of mind. A return is accepted only if the product you receive is defective or damaged.

Send a clear unboxing video and your order number on WhatsApp to (+91) 95993 66587. Without an unboxing video we can't process damage, defect or missing-item claims, so please record one every time you open a parcel. Claims are reviewed and answered within 3–5 working days.

Every product page has a size chart with garment measurements. Compare it with a piece you already own that fits you well. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or down for a closer fit. Still unsure? WhatsApp us the product and your usual size.

We shoot in natural light to keep colours true. Slight variation can still appear depending on your screen's brightness and settings.

Follow the care label on each garment. As a rule: wash inside-out in cold water with similar colours, avoid bleach, don't tumble dry, and don't iron directly on prints or embroidery. Linen softens beautifully with every wash.
