Which PIN codes are eligible? +
Delhi 110001–110096, Gurgaon 122001–122018 (and 122050–122052), Noida 201301–201310, Ghaziabad 201001–201019, and Faridabad 121001–121010. Use the PIN checker at the top of this page to confirm your address before checkout.
Why is there a 7 PM cutoff? +
Our last express dispatch leaves the warehouse at 7:30 PM IST, which gives the rider until 9:30 PM to deliver and still beat the 2-hour SLA. Anything ordered after 7 PM ships first thing the next morning.
Why prepaid only — no COD? +
A 2-hour SLA leaves no buffer for cash-handling at the door, RTOs, or refused payments. Prepaid lets us guarantee dispatch the moment the order lands. UPI, cards, wallets, and net banking are all supported.
Can I change my address mid-delivery? +
Within the same PIN, yes — call the rider directly from the WhatsApp tracking link. Across PINs (e.g. Saket → Gurgaon mid-route), the order will be marked failed and re-attempted the next day at no extra cost.
Is this real Hashway stock? +
Yes. The 2-hour stock is the same inventory as our flagship — held at our Delhi warehouse, with a small carve-out kept aside for express orders. Same packaging, same authenticity tags, same returns policy.
Do you ship outside Delhi NCR? +
Not in 2 hours, no — that's a Delhi-only service for now. For everywhere else in India, our standard 3–5 day shipping is free over ₹999 and covers every PIN code Delhivery serves.
