Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

We follow a strict no refund policy:

• No refund will be provided for any prepaid order
• This applies even if:
  • The order is placed by mistake
  • You request cancellation after placing the order

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

No requests for returns or exchanges will be entertained under any circumstances.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY

If you receive a defective product:

Any customer attempting to misbehave, abuse, threaten, or harass us regarding returns or exchanges for reasons outside the applicable policy will face legal consequences.
Such actions will be reported under applicable laws.
