APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
By agreeing to use the Hashway Clothing portal and/or initiating a request for purchase of product(s) on the portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on hashway.in.
If you receive a defective product, please email us at contact@hashway.in with a proper unboxing video of the package. No return or exchange requests will be entertained otherwise.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason apart from receiving a defective product.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY
- If the product you receive is defective, you must provide a proper unboxing video as proof.
- The issue must be reported to us via email at contact@hashway.in.
- Once your query is accepted by our team, a WhatsApp message will be sent to your registered mobile number.
COMPLAINT PROCESS
- Complaints regarding defective products must be submitted within 7 days of product delivery.
- Once the defective product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.
- Upon approval, your query will proceed further.
- The estimated processing time is 7-10 working days.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY OTHER REASON
Returns and exchanges are only possible if the product is defective. Requests for returns or exchanges for reasons apart from defects will not be entertained.
2. MISCONDUCT OR HARASSMENT
- Any customer attempting to misbehave, abuse, threaten, or harass us regarding returns or exchanges for reasons outside the applicable policy will face legal consequences.
- Such actions will be reported under applicable laws.
