Please read this policy in full before placing a 2-hour delivery order. By completing checkout, you accept every clause below.
2-Hour Delivery Rules

Service area is strict. 2-hour delivery is available only to serviceable Delhi NCR PIN codes (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad). Orders placed with any other PIN will not ship in 2 hours. If our system accepts a non-NCR order in error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund.

Cutoff is 7 PM IST. Orders placed after 7 PM IST will not be delivered the same day. Post-cutoff orders ship the next morning and are delivered by 10:30 AM the next day. No exceptions, no partial-cutoff extensions, no "just this once".

Prepaid only. Cash on delivery is not available on 2-hour orders under any circumstance. All orders must be paid in full at checkout via UPI, cards, wallets, or net banking.

Address is final. Once payment is captured, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please double-check your address, floor, landmark and phone number before paying. Re-attempts, address corrections, or address changes are treated as failed deliveries.

Attempt is single. Our rider makes one delivery attempt. If the address is locked, the recipient is unreachable, or delivery is refused, the order is marked failed and stock is returned. Re-delivery is not offered on the 2-hour service.

Rider verification. The recipient may be asked for an OTP or ID at the doorstep. Handover will not happen without verification.

Delivery window is best-effort. We commit to a 2-hour SLA from dispatch. Traffic, weather, or force-majeure events can extend this. In such rare cases, the order is treated as fulfilled once handed over, even if the 2-hour window is missed by up to 60 minutes.

Free delivery, always. There is no shipping fee, no express fee, no COD fee, no minimum-order fee. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Returns — Not Entertained
Under no circumstances will returns be accepted on 2-hour delivery orders. This is a live-inventory, express-fulfilment service designed for customers who are certain of what they want. Change of mind, colour dissatisfaction, fit preference, gifting error, size regret, or any other subjective reason will not be considered for return, refund or store credit.
Size Exchanges — Conditional
Only size exchanges are entertained, and only under the following conditions:

Unboxing video required — no exceptions. You must record a single, continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is handed to you by the rider, all the way through opening the packaging, showing every side of the garment, and revealing the size tag clearly. A video that starts after the package is opened, is cut, is paused, or does not show the size tag will not be accepted.

Raise the request within 24 hours of delivery. Send the unboxing video via WhatsApp to +91 92056 32106 along with your order number. Requests after 24 hours are void.

Garment must be unworn, unwashed, tags intact. Any sign of wear, wash, deodorant marks, lint, pet hair, or altered stitching disqualifies the exchange.

Exchange must be for the same product in a different size. Style, colour or product changes are not permitted. If your requested size is out of stock, we will refund to the original payment method after inspection — no store credit substitute.

You bear the pickup and re-ship cost. Reverse pickup and re-delivery for exchanges is not free. The applicable courier charge (typically ₹150 each way) will be collected before pickup is scheduled.

Inspection window is 48 hours after pickup. We inspect the returned garment within 48 hours of receiving it. If it meets every condition above, we dispatch the replacement size. If it fails inspection, the garment is returned to you and no replacement or refund is issued.
What Is Never Exchanged Or Refunded
- Change-of-mind returns
- Style, colour or product swaps
- Exchanges without a valid unboxing video
- Exchanges raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Garments that show any sign of use, wash or damage
- Free bestseller gifts included in an order (the "On the House" complimentary item is non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit)
- Gift cards
Manufacturing Defects
If your garment has a genuine manufacturing defect (visible tear, missing stitch, print misalignment, colour bleed on unwashed garment), please reach out via WhatsApp to +91 92056 32106 within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and photos of the defect. Verified manufacturing defects are refunded or replaced at our discretion, free of pickup cost.
